shipping policy

Once your order is placed, we will send you order confirmation via email. If you don't receive one, please reach out to our support for assistance.

Depending on the order type, it'll take us about 3-7 business days to carefully package your order and ship it from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped we will email you with the tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for movement to reflect.

return & exchange policy

If you’re not satisfied with our product, we would love to help make that right! Please contact us at hello@tscandleco.com in 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started.

 

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.

 

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by T S Candle Co. are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
